Pricing

We charge a minimum of $1,000 to search for and verify property corners. This price typically applies to very simple lots in town that have no tree cover and access is simple at the property corners (no fencing, brush, debris, etc...).

In many cases corners have either been destroyed or never have been set. If a corner is missing, we will not mark a property line without replacing the corner. Per Oregon law, we would be required to file a map of survey with the County Surveyor's office which as of 2026 has a minimum filing fee of $500 and this work typically costs a minimum of $5000

Larger tracts of land that are based on the rectangular PLSS system often can cost upwards of $10,000 especially if they have thick tree cover which limits the use of GPS systems.

Property line adjustments: minimum of $4,000 for the tentative plat and $4000 for the final map. (our cost only, does not include county, title, and planning department fees)

Partition Plats: minimum of $5,000 for tentative plat and $5,000 for final partition plat. (our cost only, does not include county, title, and planning department fees)
